Incorporating in Illinois takes how long?

Once you process your incorporation form with us here at Start Illinois Business we process your form immediately after a check for proper grammar, punctuation and spelling errors. You need not pay us extra for RUSH service, our average turnaround time is just a couple hours and usually it’s just 1 hour. We include very fast processing with every order. Nothing extra is charged.

Once we receive your Illinois incorporation application we will review it and submit it to the State of Illinois through our secure electronic account. The State of Illinois processes it and emails you the corporate documents in a short time.

The effective date of your corporation is determined by the date Illinois State actually receives your form. Usually this is the same day we submit it to them via our electronic account. They estimate process your form within a couple days.

Please allow some extra time if you submit your incorporation form on the weekend or after hours. We process your incorporation application on the same day it was sent to us electronically, but the Illinois Division of Corporations might not be open yet.

If it’s essential that your corporation be filed with Illinois State today, please call Dean at this toll free number: 888-905-7380 so he can let you know if we can help you meet that deadline.
